A key part of the SO Fresh mission is to promote and connect producers of “local foods” (locally grown/produced, locally sold) throughout Southwest Virginia with the consumers who want to buy their products.

Consumers: Click on “Southwestern Virginia Local Foods Guide” to discover local foods, producers, farmer’s markets, and agritourism venues in Southwest Virginia.

Producers: Submit the form below to add your farm/products to the Southwestern Virginia Local Foods Guide, a FREE marketing and networking opportunity. Your listing will be added to the guide during the next round of additions. We are building a comprehensive, online regional Local Foods Guide for SWVA, with GIS map, of producers and “local foods businesses” (agritourism farms; cafes which promote their use of “locally produced, locally sold” products).  We encourage you to list and increase your accessibility to the public, your customers.

SPECIAL NOTE:  It’s a good time to ADD your farm & products or farmer’s market to the Guide as you look ahead to the 2016 season. IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN THE GUIDE, please update to the new guide format by submitting this form. The form is designed to be quick, gives you the opportunity to “tell your story,” and makes your business stand out and be more accessible.

This guide was developed in collaboration with New River Valley Agriculture & Agritourism Initiative of New River Valley Regional Commission.
